Most adults in good general health are suitable for implants. We do need sufficient bone volume to place the implant, and your gums need to be in good health. We'll assess everything thoroughly during your consultation and let you know honestly whether implants are the right option for you.

The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, so you won't feel pain during the procedure. Afterwards, you may experience some soreness and swelling for a few days, which is manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.
How long does the whole process take?
From consultation to final crown, the full process typically takes between six months and a year. The majority of this is healing time - the actual appointments are relatively brief.
How do I look after my implant?
Brush twice a day, clean between your teeth daily, and attend your regular check-ups and hygiene appointments. Implants should be maintained just like natural teeth.

What if I don't have enough bone?
